We Started Because of a Bad Move
In 2012, our founder watched a close friend’s entire moving day collapse. The company confirmed the booking, took a deposit, then sent a driver who arrived two hours late in a vehicle too small for the job. When they called to complain, nobody picked up.
It was not unusual in Dubai. It was the norm.
That afternoon, the decision was made to build something different — a licensed, in-house operation that owns its trucks, trains its drivers, and answers every call. Twelve years later, that is still exactly what we are.
